Uttar Pradesh has emerged as India’s leading state for youth employability, according to the India Skills Report, with an employability rate of 78.64%. Maharashtra follows at 75.42%, while Karnataka records 73.85%. Kerala and Delhi rank fourth and fifth with 72.16% and 71.25%, respectively, highlighting Uttar Pradesh’s growing focus on skills, education, and employment opportunities for young people.
