Floods have affected 173 villages across 13 districts of Uttar Pradesh, prompting authorities to shift more than 4,000 people to safer locations. According to an official, around 13,058 hectares of land and 84,362 people have been affected by the flooding. Relief and rescue operations are underway as authorities continue monitoring the situation and providing assistance to affected communities.
