Henry Royce was born into a poor family where he lost his father at the age of 9. His poor mother started working as a maid and Royce worked as a newspaper boy. The dark period of his life was painful and devastating. One fine morning, his aunt saw his potential and zeal to work hard. She helped him find a job in a factory, but he was an underage kid working for his survival. A small pay for money and struggle had hope in life.
After a few years, his life started, bringing opportunities and his struggle gave him rewards. He became a capable engineer at the age of 18, handling multiple operations at one time in his factory. Life gave hope and growth. As time passed, his family began to flourish.
Soon, his life took a big turn when he started getting health issues, where the doctor suggested, Royce spend time in nature and buy a car so that he wouldn't get stressed from work. Royce took the advice seriously and bought a car called a Decauville, which had a harsh sound and lacked smoothness and comfort. While he was traveling, he felt uncomfortable and unsure. He was a perfectionist and his engineering brain got an idea to transform the car into smoothness. Soon he began making a few changes to the car and minor modifications made his car better. People, along with those who travelled, liked it and praised it too. From here, he got confidence in making cars also.
The Journey of Rolls-Royce
After brainstorming, Royce started establishing his car factory. People liked his cars and manufacturing, but there was something missing. Finally, a day came when he met Charles's rolls, owned cars and was a motorist. He used to sell luxury cars and had good business. During an event, they both met and Rolls became his world's best engineer. The journey began by making cars.
Strategy
