Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) will list green bonds worth approximately USD 450 million (NT$14.8 billion) on the Taipei Exchange on November 12, 2026. The issue comprises five-year bonds carrying a 2.30% coupon and 10-year bonds with a 2.42% coupon. The proceeds will fund green buildings and environmental protection projects, strengthening the chipmaker's commitment to sustainable operations.
