WhatsApp and telegram are the major platforms for circulation of paper, as per the government. This situation looks tough and unimaginable.

To conduct an exam, the government spends almost 50 to 150 crore rupees. From papers, examination center, biometric, security, transportation and many more aspects. Whenever a paper gets leaked, it happens mostly in state examinations as the loopholes are more and lacks stringent procedures.
