Namita Thapar journey & business experiences.

Namita Thapar built a 6,000 crore business.
The shark tank fame and her story is truly inspirational. She started her career as a chartered accountant and later on moved to USA for pursuing MBA. When she had to take a job for 6 years, she understood the principles of business and finance in the real world. After working hard, she came back to India and started working at her father’s company as an executive director. Her journey started with privilege, but her work and ethics have made the business 10x more than before. She made the company reach greater heights by showing results through numbers rather than talking.

Few Thoughts of Namita Thapar
* Her life and business experience through the obstacles she faced and learnt during her job. As executive director of Emcure. she spoke openly In few interviews, about the experiences which one has to learn. Being a woman is difficult, especially in the business industry. Most of them never take them seriously or their ideas. During her childhood, her mother supported her to have an independent life and a self-reliant lifestyle.

* Always believe in hard work and put efforts to achieve in you dreams. As a woman, it was extremely difficult to handle work and family together. I am always blamed or given labels at home or office, saying she is a bad mother who doesn't care about the children and at work many think I am not serious.
*We as humans always want to be perfect and always want to be in good books. It is ok to be imperfect and doing wrong. We all make mistakes, just learn from them and move on.

* Be selfish to grow better and make time for yourself. Many of us try to please others, but you should start doing it only for yourself and your happiness. I was hesitant to take help from others. We feel awkward and low, but the reality is when you ask for help, you can learn to execute the work effectively.

*Always focus in depth on the things which you want to do. It gives you strength to build the work, depth gives you clarity to work effectively.
