A government school in Kalakote, Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, is offering students a better learning environment with improved infrastructure and modern facilities. Digital classrooms, a library and sports facilities are helping students, particularly girls from rural and economically weaker families, continue their education. However, local residents are urging authorities to strengthen higher education facilities, including a dedicated science block, to provide students with more opportunities closer to home.
