How the Indian examination process is critical and complex.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts exams for almost all exams, which decides the future of students. In the fields of engineering, Management, Phds, Central universities, medical allied and UGC Net lectureships. These exams are popular and decide the future careers. But few incidents create disturbances while writing exams.

The demand for academics has grown significantly in India, compared to previous generations. The youths prefer academics seriously and the rate of education has also increased. *High turnout of candidates applying for exams in their desired courses. It creates a huge workforce to organize exams for NTA. It would sometimes create serious mistakes as well during the exam process.
 

*Due to the high population, there are always server issues during exams, and it makes mistakes by giving students wrong allocations of place, hall ticket numbers, and exam slot timing.

*Paper leaks in which many exams get cancelled before exams or after exams, which puts an extra burden on students and NTA.

*Logistics and resources to conduct exams is a tough task, from villages to cities. Conducting exams across the nation at one time and date requires phenomenal management.

The situations students face during exams ?

*Many students go through intense preparation, isolating themselves in a small room, eating 2 meals a day. With stress and anxiety thinking about the future.
*Wrong examination centers and long distances like many students, have received notification in New York as an exam center and one of the students received an exam center in Bangladesh.
*Server issues and problems during exam conducting and computer issues while writing exams. It creates problems for students.
*Frequent protests by students before exams, and after results due to errors in printing mistakes and postponing exams.

The examination procedures needs serious revamp and, due to severe competition increasing. The government needs to plan perfectly before executing the exam. The organizing exams requires proper policy evaluation and preparation, so that no students faces problems emotionally and mentally.
