Hindalco Industries, part of the Aditya Birla Group, has commissioned a new aluminium bicycle components plant in Chakan, Pune. The facility will manufacture lightweight, high-performance parts for domestic and international markets, supporting India’s growing cycling industry. The project strengthens local manufacturing, promotes value-added aluminium applications, creates employment opportunities, and aligns with the company’s strategy to expand downstream metal products further.
