Highway Infrastructure Limited has secured two National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) contracts worth a combined ₹431.86 crore for toll collection and fee plaza maintenance. The contracts cover Palayam Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu, valued at ₹340.08 crore, and Baiti Kala Fee Plaza in Uttar Pradesh, worth ₹91.78 crore, both for one year. The company’s board has also approved issuing warrants worth up to ₹49.82 crore to promoters and acquiring a 51% stake in Indore Highway Real Estates Private Limited for approximately ₹38.99 lakh. The proposed corporate actions are subject to applicable approvals.
