Gen Z revolution with fresh ideas, AI-driven solutions, and a new approach to ideas.

How Gen Z ideas are shaping a new startup revolution in India.

Startups are the foundation for any company to grow into a big company over the time period. In India, the start-up culture was never celebrated or always had a negative impact of societal pressure. Most of the business ideas or establishments were underestimated and all were traditional ideas only. The people who used to visit abroad and learn advanced level operations would only use it to start a company.
As the tech-driven generation started, everything changed from business models to new marketing strategies. The traditional business models were renovated with new tech-driven ideas by solving all traditional problems.

The current generation, with impeccable knowledge and ideas, the start-up culture, has reached a peak. Urban areas and rural areas have adapted to the internet and are working enthusiastically for new business models. YouTube, Mobile apps, product making and tools, Ai-driven ideas. The traditional businesses still dominate the core idea, but new tools have helped those traditional business models, like the Katha book application for shopkeepers to keep the money record properly. Rapido turned into one of the largest companies with an idea of picking up people on bikes for people who have no access to vehicles. Simplest ideas have created big brands today with minimal strategies and ideas.

The Genz generation has a lot of advantages when it comes to mindsets and the latest tools. The learning and grasping ability of the Genz generation is far more advanced when it is compared to older generations. The amount of information which is being provided through various domains is making the world quick. Tech-based ideas and systems have changed the entire landscape of looking at society. Every other person used to ask suggestions from the elderly, but now we ask for AI tools. That's the difference between both generations.

I have a few examples of some young startup founders in India.
* An 11-year-old kid, Athvik Amith Kumar, is the founder of Digital Business cards, which replaces the use of paper cards. It provides digital networking with people.

* Aadit Palicha &Kaivalya Vohra, aged 18 -19, started Zepto for a 10-minute delivery of groceries.

* Avanish Bavaskar, aged 15, created fire safety fuel tank systems, which also got recognition of UK patent rights.

These are 3 examples I have provided: Genz has a marvelous amount of credibility. The New India startups can create a great revolution in making the Indian economy powerful with such ideas. The future of India's growth can never be on government jobs, instead focusing more on creating jobs rather than job seekers. The start-up culture, which has been booming and the ideas which are making us mesmerize.

The government has to innovate better policies for startups, promote them, and force young people to start their own startups. Create various platforms for pitching ideas to enhance idea generation and motivate students. Building business environments in schools, colleges and offices. Collective leadership skills to monitor startups and mentors for young business aspirants to be guided properly. When potential meets a new generation, that is how the economies change.
