Dr. Velumani was born in a small village and his journey towards thyrocare was incredible. Coming from poverty and his mother being the core supporter, she helped him study PhD in thyroid biochemistry. After getting a job in the government sector, eventually after a few years, he resigned the job to start a business. While doing so, he understood the gap between initial medical testing and diagnosis. He started his own business and established a 5000 crore empire. A mathematician working in the medical field is truly amazing.
He gave a few important motivational lessons to young people.
*He says that when you have poverty, people either blame god or thinks as if you have to learn a lot from this world. Always learn, do not blame anyone.
* He failed in life many times but still didn't give up.
* Being from rural and poverty helped me solve problems every minute with practical experiences.
* He was rejected multiple times for jobs in his initial days. As many companies asked for experience which he never had. So when he started thyrocare, he preferred only freshers in his company. More than 25,000 freshers he hired for thyrocare.

* Always do what is difficult to do because easy things are done by everyone.
* A low resource in life is luxury.
* Your comfort zone is dangerous and being rich will not give you the stamina to achieve big things.
