Delhi Police has served a notice to Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, warning against violating prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) by holding a proposed Tiranga Yatra in Delhi. The march was planned at Central Park in Connaught Place amid demands for Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar’s removal. Police cited law-and-order concerns and heightened security arrangements in the area.
