The shark tank fame, a platform for encouraging new startup companies and enhancing entrepreneurship culture. Where everybody started to recognize him as the founder of Bharatpe.
He started his journey from a middle-class family, and he was one of the first generation entrepreneurs from his family. After completing his education in IIT and IIM, he started working at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he learned all the skills required for his business. Eventually, he joined American Express and other jobs.
Finally, he joined Grofers on his friend's advice where he worked for 2 long years, but guess what, it has turned into a major foundation of his entrepreneurship journey? He worked relentlessly without expecting anything with a salary lesser than his previous companies.
Due to some personal and professional priorities, he even left that company and joined PC jewelry. It was a new chapter in his life again. Learning was always a part of his life and no matter how many failures he went through.
Finally, his real journey started in 2018 with his fintech Bharatpe. It provides digital payments and financial help to small merchants and other financial loans to compete with bigger brands. Today, Bharatpe makes 50 lakh transactions a day, and over 1 lakh crore worth payments on their platform.
His journey was not less than a roller coaster, with multiple shifts and turns. Where he had to quit and move forward with his journey. In Josh's talks he shared his story where he mentioned his story. While listening to his views, he shared a few important experiences for all of us.
He said,
*A startup founder should have conviction to pursue.
* Even during crises and failures, the self-doubt we have should be dealt with calmness without affecting our personal life.
* Many founders have started thinking as founder indicates a tagline nowadays.
Founders need to have the right purpose to start his own company, or it will impact people.
* Discipline is the key to success.
* All the founders should have an idea of what they should do and what not to do.
* Every success story has 1000 failures, which are not visible.
