* During a few of his interviews he stated that don't plan your career. It is not in your control, instead focus on the things which your passionate about and keep working.
* Figure out who you are, understand your purpose and ask yourself. That what makes you happy and allows you to wake up early in the morning do something specific.
* It doesn't matter what background you're coming from or how you look. If you have an ambition to pursue and have a purpose, then surely you will succeed.
* Most effective and important is communication skills, which helps you express your thoughts in your life and work.
