A sudden chaos occurred as SEBI raised concerns about Rajesh Exports, which is being reported financial issues.

Rajesh exports is a gold refinery and manufacturing company. Which has shown unclear data by manipulating the revenue and numbers. It has come under the lens of SEBI and, as one of the inflated companies in the year FY 21 to 25, the numbers don't match.

Rajesh exports, according to SEBI, 97% of finance have irregular data. They tried to defend SEBI allegations on wrong numbers provided.

Due to this manipulation of numbers, as it was a publicly listed company on the stock markets. People have started to trust and invested huge amounts of funds in their stocks.


*According to a few sources, retailers have lost 12,000 crores.
* The Ministry of Heavy Industries has removed it from its major list.
* Many banks who gave them loans have already called it Stressed asset.
* LIC 10.8% shares are also involved.


If this scam unfolds and will be proved by the authorities, then it would be one of the biggest scams in India. The authorities are investigating the matter, which is not yet confirmed.


The major losses in India right now, loss of trust among investors and foreign investors and many people have already started raising concerns about SEBI and investors taking out money from stock markets. There is a high chance of the stock market collapsing. SEBI and the government of India have to take stringent action against those who are making financial frauds.
